Monaco Completes Six-Hectare Mareterra Offshore Land Extension for Ultra-Prime Coastal Real Estate

The Monaco government and private developers finalized the multibillion-euro offshore land reclamation district of Mareterra, expanding the territory of the Principality by three percent and delivering some of the most expensive sustainable residential luxury properties in the global real estate market.
