The Monaco Ministry of Public Works has commissioned a comprehensive engineering feasibility study exploring the construction of a high-capacity underground rail link connecting the principality directly to neighboring French residential districts. The proposed infrastructure megaproject aims to drastically reduce daily automotive traffic congestion caused by tens of thousands of commuting service workers.
