Prince Albert II marked the 20th anniversary of his accession to the throne at a public celebration in Place du Palais, joined by Princess Charlene and their 10‑year‑old twins, where speeches, emotional family moments and national pride were on full display.

The event featured a touching scene of Princess Charlene cuddling a baby, ice sculptures themed to the numeral 20 and marine life, and concluded with a gigantic red‑and‑white cake that drew approval from the prince himself.

He also wore a tie bearing Monaco’s national colours, reflecting gratitude to the Monégasque people and symbolising unity at this milestone in his reign.
