Principality of Monaco Signs Council of Europe Protocol to Modernize Confiscation of Illicit Digital Assets

During a diplomatic summit in Strasbourg, Monaco became one of the first nations to sign a new Council of Europe protocol expanding the legal authority of the State to freeze and confiscate criminal assets, directly targeting the proliferation of illicit cryptocurrencies and modern digital wealth transfers.
