The Institut Audiovisuel de Monaco is set to present a screening of _Toni Erdmann_, a German-Austrian film directed by Maren Ade, at the Théâtre des Variétés on June 10, 2025, at 19:00 local time.
The film, which has garnered international acclaim since its release in 2016, tells the story of Winfried Conradi, portrayed by the late Peter Simonischek, who is attempting to reconnect with his ambitious daughter Ines, played by Sandra Hüller.
Winfried adopts a comical alter ego named Toni Erdmann to infiltrate his daughter's professional life in Bucharest.

The film was featured in competition at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016 and has received critical acclaim, winning numerous awards, including five European Film Awards.
The event will take place at the Théâtre des Variétés, located at 1 Boulevard Albert 1er in Monaco.
Ticket prices are set at 8 euros, with a reduced fare of 4 euros for attendees under 25 years of age.
