Inauguration of Youth Photography Exhibition on Monaco's Architectural Heritage
The winning photographs from a competition for young artists will be displayed until October 2025.
On June 5, 2025, an exhibition showcasing the selected photographs from the 'Patrimoine Architectural de Monaco' photography competition was inaugurated in Monaco.
This initiative, organized by the Direction des Affaires Culturelles, encourages artistic expression among youths aged 11 to 25 while promoting the preservation of Monaco's architectural heritage.
A jury of experts evaluated the submissions and chose 15 photographs to be displayed on the Grilles des Jardins Saint-Martin.
The exhibition is scheduled to remain open until October 5, 2025, coinciding with the European Heritage Days themed around Architectural Heritage.
Among the awardees, Adrian Blanchi, Andrea Brezzo, Léonie Massa, and Jeanna Grogorian were distinguished through a youth jury composed of students from the Principality.
In recognition of their achievements, the Direction des Affaires Culturelles, with backing from SOGEDA Monaco, arranged a masterclass led by renowned photographer Nick Danziger for the 15 young artists whose works are exhibited.
This educational opportunity aims to enhance their artistic skills.
Following its display in Monaco, the exhibition is set to travel to Strasbourg in 2026, in line with Monaco's presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
