Monaco Hosts Free Yoga Celebration for International Yoga Day

The Kate Powers Foundation organizes a wellness event at the Casino de Monte-Carlo on June 21.
On June 21, the iconic terraces of the Casino de Monte-Carlo in Monaco will be transformed into a sanctuary of well-being as the Kate Powers Foundation hosts a free yoga event in celebration of International Yoga Day.

The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and aims to welcome participants without the need for prior reservations.

The day’s agenda includes three scheduled yoga sessions designed to cater to various participants.

The first session features Vinyasa-Yin yoga at 10:30 a.m., targeting contemplative practitioners.

This is followed by a family yoga session at 3 p.m., aiming to engage families in a harmonious activity together.

The program will conclude with Hatha yoga at 5 p.m., providing a gentle wrap-up for the day.

All sessions will be led by experienced instructors, accommodating both beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners in an inclusive environment.

In addition to the yoga sessions, the event will showcase a local lifestyle market featuring various wellness products and services from Monaco.

Participating vendors include Ultima Bikes, CocoFest, Persso, Seaside Juicery, Manin, and MAYA, all of which will present sustainable innovations and artisanal delights.

During the event, community initiatives such as Happy Hands, Dessine Moi La High Tech, PSSA, and Females of the Pride will engage attendees, reflecting the philanthropic spirit of the day.

This initiative aims to combine physical and mental well-being under the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.
