Historic Restaurant 'La Pampa' Set to Reopen in Monaco
Following renovations, the iconic eatery will return to serve guests before mid-April.
La Pampa, a well-established restaurant located at 8 Place du Palais in Monaco, is preparing for a significant reopening after being closed for more than a year.
Originally inaugurated in 1957, the restaurant has been acquired by William Scheffer, the co-founder of Monte Carlo Beer (MCB) and the natural beverage brand Daghe, alongside the recent venture of a snack offering named Wam at Park Palace.
Currently undergoing extensive renovations, La Pampa will maintain its historic name and aims to introduce a bistro-brasserie concept to its menu.
The location, facing the Prince’s Palace, is expected to attract both tourists and locals alike, offering a terrace that provides a vantage point for observing the ceremonial changing of the guards.
Scheffer is actively assembling a team in preparation for the restaurant's reopening, which is scheduled to take place before April 15.
