Franck Goldnadel Reappointed as CEO of Nice Côte d’Azur Airport
The supervisory board extends Goldnadel's term for five years to advance the airport's strategic development vision.
In early March 2025, the supervisory board of Côte d'Azur airports confirmed the reappointment of Franck Goldnadel as the CEO of Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
Shareholders of the Côte d'Azur airport company, which includes Monaco as a minority stakeholder with a 17.5% share since 2017, extended Goldnadel's contract for an additional five years.
The objective cited in a press release from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is to maintain continuity in the airport's development strategy, responding to new economic requirements including sector taxation and airport regulation.
The board reaffirms its strategy, termed 'Azur 2030', which focuses on four main pillars: optimizing and adapting capacities and processes, fostering sustainable growth and passenger experience, enhancing sustainability, and improving territorial accessibility and connectivity.
Andrea Mangoni, CEO of Mundys, the main shareholder of the Côte d'Azur airport group with a 62.5% stake—52.5% directly and 10% through its subsidiary Aeroporti di Roma—noted, 'The airport has managed to overcome significant challenges in recent years while paving the way for sustainable development and growth.
It is rapidly transforming thanks to investments, careful attention to service quality, and passenger needs.
We will continue to support Franck and his team with the common goal of creating one of the best airports in the country.'
